Mission & Vision
FRAMS is an independent community organization that supports and enhances the goals and activities of the Royal Alberta Museum through a mutually beneficial relationship.
This relationship focuses on:
- Building a dynamic community in support of the Royal Alberta Museum’s objectives of education and research.
- Supporting Royal Alberta Museum’s vision to foster wonder, inquiry and new understandings about Alberta and its place in the world.
- Augmenting Royal Alberta Museum’s objectives and vision by reaching and inspiring Alberta’s communities through public engagement, celebrating historic moments, and gifting artifacts of significance to Alberta’s heritage.
FRAMS is a member of The Canadian Federation of Friends of Museums (CFFM). Friends of Royal Alberta Museum Society is registered with Canada Revenue Agency.
